About the Role We are currently seeking two experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team. If you have a background as a recruitment consultant or business development manager, you understand the significant impact you can make by connecting talented individuals with job opportunities. We welcome candidates with expertise in construction, corporate, IT, or other industries. The successful applicants will have a proven track record and a reputation for excellence. We are looking for individuals who are organized, opportunity-driven, and self-starters. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong administrative capabilities. Requirements - Proven success in B2B business development and portfolio management - A passion for helping others, with the motivation to achieve sales targets - A minimum of 3 years of experience in temporary contract or permanent recruitment - A solid understanding of New Zealand immigration and work visa processes - A full or restricted driver's license - References that can validate your strong performance history Benefits In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive base salary along with an incentive structure that provides realistic and uncapped on-target earnings.
