About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Operator who is comfortable interacting with clients and customers. In this role, you will operate CNC machines, work primarily with stainless steel, and play a vital part in order management and business development.
What You'll Do
As a CNC Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating the CNC machine to perform precise and high-quality cuts.
- Taking orders from customers and ensuring their needs are met.
- Assisting in business development efforts to attract new clients.
- Supporting general welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
- Helping with various workshop tasks during quieter times for the CNC machine.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Familiarity with welding and fabricating stainless steel, which is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and potential clients.
- A willingness to learn and a proactive, can-do attitude.
