About the Role We are currently seeking Specialised School Transport Assistance (SESTA) Drivers to join our team in West Auckland. This role goes beyond just driving; it involves meaningful work that ensures Tamariki with special needs arrive at school safely, calmly, and with a friendly face they can trust. You will be guaranteed four paid hours of work each day from Monday to Friday during school terms, allowing you to enjoy the school holidays, except during scheduled training or development sessions. As a SESTA Driver, you play a crucial role in supporting whānau who depend on safe and reliable transport for their children. For many families, you may be the most important part of their morning routine. If you are calm, patient, and enjoy connecting with people, this role could be transformative for both you and the children you support.
