Our team, consisting of both office staff and support workers, is committed to providing home-based assistance that allows our clients to live fulfilling lives in their homes and communities. About the Role We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Flexible Support Unit, which plays a vital role in empowering disabled individuals and their families. This unit focuses on enabling clients to have greater control over the types of care they receive and how those services are delivered. We operate as hosts for individualized funding, ensuring that our clients receive personalized support. We are looking for a candidate with a preferred background in healthcare and administrative experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks, and adept at meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role, and experience in senior administrative positions will be considered a significant advantage. Key Areas of Responsibility - Empower and support clients in utilizing their flexible support budgets to enhance life outcomes. - Assist clients with the financial aspects of their care. - Maintain accurate documentation for reporting purposes. To be successful in this role, you will need to: - Be a self-starter with initiative and drive. - Have a genuine willingness to advocate for and collaborate with a diverse range of clients. - Develop and maintain collaborative and trusting relationships. - Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, showing a willingness to assist colleagues as needed. - Exhibit attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and resource management.
