About the Role
We are currently seeking an Order Management Officer to join our team, based in either Hokitika or Christchurch (Hornby). In this role, you will assist in managing the order-to-delivery process for both our domestic and export customers. Reporting to the Team Leader of Order Management, you will be part of a team of seven Order Management Officers. Your responsibilities will include effectively coordinating order deliveries and providing timely, accurate, and cost-effective management services while delivering exceptional customer service to our key customers.
As an Order Management Officer, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service on behalf of Westland Milk Products, serving as a vital point of contact for our nutritional and commodity customers.
- Create and manage all quotes, contracts, and orders in Oracle EBS.
- Develop and oversee export and domestic shipment plans in collaboration with our export team.
- Provide product samples and information to our key nutritional and commodity customers as needed.
- Proactively address customer dissatisfaction, resolving issues with empathy and a solutions-focused mindset.

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for career growth within Westland. While prior experience using ERP systems in a customer-facing role is advantageous, it is not essential. A proactive approach, strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are crucial for success in this role.
