In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive fleet tyre service, which includes maintaining customer vehicle fleets, carrying out fleet service and tyre fitting tasks, and performing fleet service runs as needed. Given that you will interact with customers both in-store and on-site, it is essential that you possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Additionally, you will need to complete job cards and maintain accurate records for all jobs.
