About the Role
In this position, you will provide expert automotive advice, diagnose vehicle faults, and assist our members in getting back on the road. You will enjoy the stunning landscapes of New Zealand as you travel to customer locations, primarily covering areas such as Otaki, Levin, Bulls, and Shannon.
The role requires you to work shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM as part of a 7-day roster, with each shift lasting between 8 to 9 hours.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- An approved Automotive Trade qualification, accompanied by extensive experience in vehicle fault diagnosis and repair.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with our members.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft products and tablets.
- A clean driving record and physical fitness to meet the demands of the job.
