About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to lead a substantial enterprise-level programme. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that will commence in mid to late January and is initially contracted for six months, with the potential for extension. In this position, you will take end-to-end ownership of a large transformation programme that encompasses multiple workstreams. You will drive delivery across various business and technology teams, ensuring that we meet our agreed timelines and outcomes. Collaborating closely with global stakeholders, vendors, and senior leaders will be crucial to your success. Your approach will incorporate Agile methodologies to facilitate iterative delivery and maintain momentum throughout the project. You will also be responsible for proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery governance, ensuring that the solutions we develop are customer-focused, practical, and aligned with our business priorities. This role requires a pragmatic mindset and a commitment to getting things done, emphasizing active participation rather than mere oversight. Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience in delivering complex transformation programmes. - Strong understanding of Agile delivery environments. - Confidence in operating within a demanding, high-performance culture. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience working with global or offshore teams. - A background in insurance or financial services is advantageous. - Flexibility, pragmatism, and a strong focus on outcomes.
