We are seeking Anaesthesia Registrars for the 2025 RMO Training Year, starting on 28 July 2025. This role is part of the RMO Annual Recruitment Cycle for 2025, and current vacancies are being advertised separately.
The successful candidate will find a conducive environment for developing confidence and independence in general anaesthetic practice while acquiring new skills. We also conduct regular CPEX and multidisciplinary high-risk peri-operative clinics for consultants experienced in assessing and optimizing higher-risk patients and procedures. Currently, there are nine Anaesthetic Registrars working on a shift roster. We highly value the contributions of our registrars and strive to provide an environment and caseload that maximizes their development. Our support structure for preparing for the FANZCA examinations, along with general pastoral care, reflects positively in our college exam pass rate within Australasia.
