You will also be involved in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting. While experience in outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred, a passion for the outdoors or travel is highly valued. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should ideally possess: - Retail management experience - A proven ability to provide exceptional customer service - A talent for creating a motivational and inspirational atmosphere for your team - Confidence in managing diverse personalities within a team - Experience in ongoing training and driving sales - Familiarity with visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and financial reporting - A passion for the outdoors or travel, with experience in outdoor products being a plus Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a skilled and approachable retail professional who is passionate about the outdoors.
