About the Role
We are looking for our next superstar to join our team in a part-time role from Sunday to Thursday, totaling 28.50 hours per week. In this position, you will work closely with the Store Manager to maximize sales opportunities by coaching, developing, and providing feedback to our team members.
To thrive in this role, you should be motivated by driving sales and passionate about creating memorable experiences for our customers. Key responsibilities will include:
- Working effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills
- Utilizing previous management experience, preferably in retail
- Motivating the team and upholding brand standards
- Achieving sales, wage, KPI, and stock loss targets
