About the Role We are currently seeking on-call workers who are available for casual employment on a flexible basis. This position offers an hourly pay rate between $23.50 and $25.00, plus an additional 8% holiday pay. There are also temp-to-perm opportunities available for those who excel in their roles. We are looking for individuals who can commit to working at least 3 to 5 days a week. The more flexible your availability, the more work opportunities we can provide. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential. Reliable transportation is a must, as you may be required to travel to different sites across the Auckland region. Responsibilities The primary tasks include: - Assisting in the setup, maintenance, and removal of temporary work sites under the supervision of a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS). - Safely directing vehicles and pedestrians through work sites. Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates should possess: - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. - Preferred but not essential: TTMW/TMO tickets. - Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to the role. - Availability for at least three days a week, including some weekends. - The ability to follow instructions and a desire to learn. - The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and subsequent random testing. - Your own reliable transport for commuting to and from work.
