    About the Company AWF Ltd, located in Kaitaia, is currently looking for two experienced and certified Temporary Traffic Management Workers (TTMWs) to join our team. We offer immediate starts in central Kaitaia, providing a supportive and welcoming work environment. Our team operates primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts available. About the Role As a Temporary Traffic Management Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our road construction and maintenance projects. Your responsibilities will include setting up and removing traffic control equipment, directing traffic flow, and assisting with the maintenance and repair of various infrastructure. Responsibilities - Set up and remove traffic control equipment such as cones, signs, and barriers. - Direct traffic flow in accordance with project requirements and safety protocols. - Assist with the maintenance and repair of roads, highways, and other infrastructure. - Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Requirements - TTM Worker certification or relevant experience. - Proven experience as a road worker or in a similar laboring role. - Knowledge of traffic management regulations and best practices. - Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Day-to-day activities will involve setting up and removing traffic control equipment, directing traffic flow as required, assisting with road maintenance and repair projects, collaborating with the project team to ensure compliance, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
