About the Role
In this position, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and diagnosing vehicle faults to help our members get back on the road. Your responsibilities will include towing customers' vehicles when necessary. This role is based in Wellington and requires a strong commitment to customer service and communication.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an approved Automotive Trade qualification, along with extensive experience in vehicle fault diagnosis and repair. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as is a comfort level with Microsoft products and tablets. You should be physically fit and hold a clean driving record.
