As we continue to receive a growing number of client inquiries, we are seeking compassionate and experienced caregivers to join our team in the Hawke's Bay region. About the Role We are looking for caregivers who offer a wide range of experience and availability. Our services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, covering everything from companionship to palliative care. Each shift has a minimum duration of three hours, with opportunities for longer shifts. While we cannot guarantee specific hours, we strive to accommodate your schedule and commitments. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing various types of care, including companionship, home help, meal preparation, personal care (such as showering, dressing, and grooming), dementia care, and palliative care. We also offer support through our dedicated after-hours service, ensuring you have assistance available, even during weekends. Requirements To be considered for this role, we require our caregivers to have: - A full, current New Zealand driver's license and access to a vehicle - Relevant experience in personal care - Recent caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred - Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills - The legal right to work in New Zealand (you must have obtained a working visa) - A clear background and criminal check Benefits Joining our team means becoming part of a community that values the important work caregivers do.
