About the Role
We are seeking empathetic and passionate Support Workers to join our Community Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to make a meaningful impact in their communities. We offer a range of permanent, part-time positions that provide flexibility for your other commitments, as well as regular rostered shifts.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping clients live independently in their homes and communities. You will assist them in achieving their goals and reaching their full potential by providing both practical and emotional support, in accordance with personalized care plans.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Meal preparation
- Community outings and integration
- Medication supervision
- Personal care (such as showering and toileting)
- Home management
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are available to work weekends
- Have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
- Strive for excellence in their work
- Have previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
- Possess strong communication skills
- Hold healthcare qualifications (a plus)
- Have a full NZ driver's license and reliable transportation (most positions require this)

You can expect to earn between $23.50 and $29.10 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. We offer flexible shift options, with work available from 7 am to 9 pm, Monday through Sunday, in both full-time and part-time capacities.
