About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Service Technician to join our team in Taranaki. In this role, you will perform comprehensive mechanical services, diagnostics, repairs, and provide in-field breakdown support. You will also play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts by pre-assembling our state-of-the-art machinery. Building strong relationships with our valued customers will be a key aspect of your position, as will using your expertise to mentor other technicians and apprentices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A certification as a heavy diesel mechanic with extensive service and repair experience.
- Agricultural experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- A valid driver’s license.
- A strong passion for customer service, coupled with a solid work ethic.
- Ability to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
