About the Role We are currently seeking expressions of interest for Carpenters with a minimum of two years of experience for upcoming civil construction projects in the Wellington Region. The starting hourly rate for this position is $32.00, plus an additional 8% holiday pay. We offer weekly pay and regular lunch gatherings to foster a team environment. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience in various aspects of concreting, including formwork, reinforcing, finishing, and polishing. Additionally, you should be confident in using power tools and have a proficient command of the English language. Your hourly rate will be determined based on your level of experience. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should be committed to upholding the health and safety standards of Unite Recruit and our clients. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and dedicated to their work. Candidates must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests, as well as random tests thereafter. Additionally, you will need your own reliable transport to commute to and from work. Please note that all applicants must hold a valid New Zealand work visa or be a New Zealand resident.
