About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Roller Operators to join our reputable civil team based in Waikato. In this role, you will be involved in a range of general civil and pavement projects, playing a vital part in delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions. Requirements - Proven experience operating rollers on civil construction sites - Familiarity with pavement or road construction - Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe certification - Valid working rights in New Zealand - Full New Zealand Driver's Licence with WTR endorsement Duties Your primary responsibilities will include operating rollers on various civil and pavement projects, compacting materials to meet specifications, conducting daily machine checks, and performing basic maintenance. You will also assist with general site labor as needed and ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures. Benefits This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $27 to $32, along with 8% holiday pay and KiwiSaver contributions.
