About the Role
The primary objective of this position is to manage the efficient flow of freight in and out of our Whangarei branch. Our operations team is dedicated to ensuring that freight is packed and unpacked safely and efficiently, allowing our couriers to deliver customer shipments on time, every time. The Consol Team Leader will possess a comprehensive understanding of logistics and be confident in utilizing systems and reporting, all while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the depot.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, totaling 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting on and managing team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintaining health and safety standards within the depot
- Collaborating with the operations management team while maintaining a customer-centric focus
