About the Role We are seeking an Operations Controller to join our team, focusing on both fleet management and distribution within our business. In this role, you will work closely with a small team in the depot and our courier fleet to ensure maximum operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in promoting training and adherence to standard operating procedures, all while maintaining a strong emphasis on health and safety. About You While experience in the courier or transport industry is highly desirable, it is not a strict requirement. What is essential is your ability to learn quickly, multitask, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for candidates who have experience in one or more of the following areas or similar roles within a comparable service industry: - Operations and/or fleet management - Health and safety - KPI management and improvement The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, demonstrating energy, drive, and enthusiasm. A can-do attitude and the initiative to tackle challenges will be key attributes for success in this position.
