About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. This role involves performing various liaison, coordination, and organizational tasks to support our Managers and Professionals. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple responsibilities and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet one of the following requirements:
- A Level 7 degree in a relevant field, or
- At least three years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Benefits
We offer competitive wages ranging from $30 to $35 per hour, with a minimum requirement of 30 hours of work per week.
Job Duties
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with other staff members regarding the organization’s operations
- Researching and preparing reports, briefing notes, memoranda, correspondence, and other routine documents
- Maintaining confidential files and documents
- Attending meetings and acting as secretary as needed
- Managing appointment diaries and making travel arrangements
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing correspondence, and maintaining records
- Screening telephone calls and responding to inquiries
- Taking and transcribing dictation of letters and other documents
- Potentially supervising other secretarial and clerical staff
