About the Role We are currently seeking two skilled and enthusiastic drivers to join our dedicated team at Oceania Dairy Limited (ODL). These positions are based at our Dunsandel Yard, where you will play a vital role in greeting farmers and ensuring that every collection is executed smoothly and safely. Your commitment to delivering top-quality service and compliance will be essential as you navigate various driving conditions, from gravel tracks to rural roads. This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity with a rotating roster of 3 days on, 3 nights on, and 3 days off. Each shift averages between 10 to 12 hours. These roles will be covering the peak milk collection season from September to January, providing you with guaranteed hours and stability. Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need a Class 5 Licence (or equivalent) along with a minimum of two years of driving experience. You should be confident in navigating narrow rural roads and gravel terrain, and have experience working both day and night shifts. Flexibility and reliability are essential, as is a willingness to learn new technology. We value teamwork and customer service, so we would love to hear about your previous experiences in these areas.
