About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our JB Direct Sales Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will involve delivering quality product and service solutions through phone and live chat interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be to place the customer at the center of your work, creating "Raving Fans" through outstanding service. You will engage in various training modules related to suppliers, compliance, and sales, and participate in the STARS coaching program to develop essential sales behaviors.
You will need to understand and apply the JB Hi-Fi 5 Steps of Selling in all customer interactions. Efficient multitasking will be key as you manage incoming call and chat volumes while maintaining high customer service standards throughout the pre-sale, sale, and post-sale processes. Staying updated on new products and services is essential, as is ensuring all sales activities comply with legislative standards.
In this role, you will also build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and assist the Management Team with daily operational tasks as needed.
Requirements
While retail experience in high-achieving teams is preferred, it is not mandatory. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate proficiency in the required competencies and have a genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. The ability to work on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, including late nights from 5 PM to 9 PM, is required.
