About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Penrose. This position involves working Monday to Saturday in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a variety of trucks and trailers.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a range of heavy trucks and trailers
- Conducting routine maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance
- Collaborating with a team of skilled mechanics to uphold high standards of safety and quality
- Managing paperwork efficiently to facilitate a smooth workflow
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:
- A qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in diesel engines and heavy vehicles
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $40 to $42 per hour, along with a tool allowance to support your success in the role.
