About the Role
We are looking for two Central Heating Installation Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will not only install heating systems but also contribute to creating comfortable and reliable living environments for our customers. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities, from installing boilers and heat pumps to ensuring that each system operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete installation projects, including pre-piping work, underfloor piping, radiator installation, diesel/gas boiler setup, heat pump installation, final safety checks, system commissioning, and electrical diagnostics.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with health and safety legislation, reporting any issues to the project manager.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by completing quality installations on time, minimizing callbacks, and addressing issues with a positive attitude.
- Continuously develop your expertise by keeping up with new products, identifying areas for improvement, and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Actively collaborate with colleagues, providing advice and contributing positively to the team and the wider business.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in central heating installation, demonstrating a proven track record in the field.
- Familiarity with underfloor heating, radiators, heat pumps, and diesel boilers is essential.
- Knowledge of Simpro or similar software, showcasing your tech-savviness and organizational skills.
- A strong commitment to health and safety standards, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Applicants must already reside in or be legally entitled to work in New Zealand, as this role is not suitable for visa sponsorship.
