About the Role We are seeking a quality-driven leader to join our team as the Head of Quality Delivery. In this pivotal leadership position, you will collaborate with other senior quality leaders to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of high-quality products across all our sites. Your primary responsibilities will include leading a team focused on product release, customer quality improvement projects, and complaint resolution. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional outcomes. What You Will Be Doing In this role, you will: - Lead quality delivery across all sites, overseeing processes from material release to customer complaint closure. - Serve as the go-to expert for quality escalations, ensuring swift and thorough risk assessments and resolutions. - Champion customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and ensuring that we exceed expectations. - Drive performance across key metrics, including Right First Time, Fit to Ship, Release Time, and Complaints Rate. - Collaborate cross-functionally to align quality delivery with business goals and operational excellence. - Inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. - Contribute strategically as part of the Quality and Lab leadership team, influencing the future of quality at our company. What You Will Bring To succeed in this role, you should possess: - Proven leadership experience in quality, ideally within the dairy, infant formula, or food manufacturing sectors. - Deep knowledge of food safety, compliance, and quality systems. - A collaborative, people-first leadership style that brings teams together to solve problems and achieve results. - A continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on customer outcomes. - The ability to influence, inspire, and drive change in complex environments.
