About the Role We are seeking a quality-driven leader to join our team as the Head of Quality Delivery. In this pivotal leadership position, you will collaborate with other senior quality leaders to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of high-quality products across all our sites. You will lead a dedicated team focused on product release, customer quality improvement projects, and complaint resolution, playing a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional outcomes. What You Will Be Doing In this role, you will lead quality delivery across all our sites, overseeing processes from material release to customer complaint resolution. You will serve as the go-to expert for quality escalations, ensuring prompt and thorough risk assessments and resolutions. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will help you build strong relationships and exceed expectations. You will drive performance across key metrics such as Right First Time, Fit to Ship, Release Time, and Complaints Rate. Collaboration will be essential, as you align quality delivery with business goals and operational excellence. You will inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will contribute strategically as part of the Quality & Lab leadership team, helping to shape the future of quality at our company. What You Will Bring We are looking for candidates with proven leadership experience in quality, ideally within the dairy, infant formula, or food manufacturing industries. A deep understanding of food safety, compliance, and quality systems is essential. Your collaborative, people-first leadership style will help bring teams together to solve problems and achieve results. A continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on customer outcomes is crucial. You should possess the ability to influence, inspire, and drive change in complex environments.
