About the Role We are looking for innovative and customer-focused team members to join our Seafood Department. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding shopping experience to our customers. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have access to a wide variety of premium seafood products. Requirements The ideal candidates will possess the following key abilities: - Attention to detail - Strong communication skills - Effective time management skills - Adaptability - Willingness to learn - Self-motivated and reliable - A positive, 'can do' attitude with a passion for customer service Key Responsibilities Include: - Delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with customers - Maintaining high standards of merchandising and product presentation - Carrying out daily packing and labeling of products - Receiving and displaying daily inwards supplies - Assisting with general product preparation and production - Upholding high standards of Food and Workplace Safety While previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred, it is not required as we provide full training for successful applicants.
