About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team at the Methven Store on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining smooth and safe operations. Your responsibilities will include blending bulk fertilizer, operating heavy machinery, processing computerized orders, and engaging with customers. Your blend of practical skills, personable nature, and professionalism will be invaluable in this position. About You: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-focused role, along with general store or yard work experience. While proficiency in operating a front-end loader and forklift is preferred, we are willing to provide the necessary training to help you succeed. Comfort with using a tablet or computer for our stock management and ordering system is essential. This role requires flexibility in hours to meet seasonal demands, including Saturday mornings and some evenings during peak periods.
