About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team at the Rakaia Store. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining smooth and safe operations. Your responsibilities will include blending bulk fertiliser, operating heavy machinery, processing computerised orders, and engaging with customers. Your blend of practical skills, personality, and professionalism will be invaluable in addressing the various challenges that may arise. About You: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-focused role and general store or yard work. While experience operating a front-end loader and forklift is advantageous, we are willing to provide training to help you succeed. Comfort with using a tablet or computer for our stock management and ordering system is essential. This role requires flexibility in hours to meet seasonal demands, including Saturday mornings and some evenings during peak periods.
