Located in Wairau Valley on Auckland's North Shore, we take pride in producing beautiful, well-performing, and practical luxury 43' launches that are perfectly suited to New Zealand's unique boating lifestyle. About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Fibreglass Laminator to join our team, focusing on the production of our Elite AT43s. In this role, you will utilize your skills and past experiences as a Laminator while working alongside a dedicated team of tradesmen and apprentices. You will be involved in building these semi-custom, three-cabin launches from scratch, providing you with the rewarding experience of seeing the finished product take to the water. The position is available for immediate start, and we are offering a four-day work week, working Monday through Thursday for a total of 41.5 hours per week. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: - A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Gelcoat and polyester/vinylester - Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn - A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well with others In addition to our primary Laminator position, we are also looking for a second team member to join us in an entry-level role. No previous experience is required for this position. If you are practical, handy with tools, and eager to learn a skilled trade, this could be an excellent opportunity for you to start your career in the marine industry.
