About the Role We are currently seeking Team Leaders or experienced Tradespeople who are looking for a new challenge in our Aluminium and Composite new build projects, as well as our service and refit programs. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to contribute to meeting the needs of the marine industry in New Zealand. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Engaging in Aluminium and/or Composite Fabrication - Following instructions provided by your team leader - Collaborating with the team leader to meet targets and budgets - Completing tasks in accordance with company procedures - Upholding health and safety standards in the workplace Requirements To be considered for this position, applicants should possess the following qualifications and attributes: - A solid understanding of Aluminium and/or Composite boat construction - Self-motivation and a commitment to high-quality workmanship - The ability to work effectively within a team environment - Competence in interpreting plans and specifications - Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English - An NZQA Level 4 qualification or equivalent in Aluminium and/or Composite Boat building, or a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience - Current residency in New Zealand, with NZ citizenship, residency, or a valid NZ work visa Benefits Joining our team at McMullen and Wing means becoming part of an energetic group that is focused on customer satisfaction.
