About the Role We are currently seeking a cheerful and reliable individual with a keen attention to detail to join our office team. In this varied position, you will not only spend time in the office but will also engage in various tasks across different areas of the store. Your responsibilities will include: - Banking and cash management - Payroll processing - Invoicing and credits - Following up on overdue accounts - Stocktaking - Assisting customers with inquiries - Supporting department managers with receipting, invoicing, and credits - Ticketing - Performing general office tasks - Maintaining health and safety, as well as food safety standards at all times Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and traits: - Experience with SAP is highly advantageous - Strong computer skills - A customer service-oriented mindset, as our customers are our top priority - Excellent communication skills - Reliability, as we are a close-knit team and value each member's presence - A strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure - A police background check will be conducted Benefits The days and hours of work will be discussed with the successful candidate.
