About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on administrative professional who excels in attention to detail, possesses strong systems knowledge, and remains calm under pressure. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the daily operations of our back-office functions. This includes tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and payroll assistance, all while ensuring that our busy field-based team can function effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and perform data entry efficiently and accurately
- Utilize Xero daily for financial entries and reconciliations
- Provide payroll support and assist with backup tasks as needed
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive staff information responsibly
- Liaise with field staff and support general office functions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with Xero is essential
- Previous experience in administration, invoicing, or payroll support is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to adapt to a site-based culture; resilience is important
- Comfort in a small, close-knit office environment
Hours & Pay
- Starting rate of $30 per hour
- Monday to Friday schedule
- This is a temporary position with the potential for a permanent role depending on business needs
