About the Role
We are currently seeking ENT Registrars who are interested in pursuing a future career in Otolaryngology. This non-training position at Whangarei Hospital will commence in February 2026.
Whangarei Hospital serves as a key provider of secondary care services to a large rural region with significant health needs. Our Registrars benefit from a unique opportunity to manage a wide variety of conditions, including some rarer cases, due to the diverse population and the unselected nature of our admissions. This role not only supports your professional development but also enhances your clinical experience in a dynamic environment.

Whangarei Hospital is the largest hospital in Northland, offering essential secondary care services across the region, which is supported by three regional hospitals. Northland spans an area of 12,600 square kilometers and has a population of approximately 201,000 residents.
