About the Role We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team at Forsyth Barr Stadium in Dunedin. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving high-quality food. You will ensure that all tasks are conducted in compliance with Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to the highest standards. - Assembling and preparing ingredients, including dairy, dry goods, fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, and poultry. - Maintaining quality control and exceeding consumer expectations. - Receiving and storing kitchen supplies while ensuring proper rotation and maintenance. - Cleaning and maintaining kitchen premises, including equipment and surfaces, while managing waste and linen appropriately. About You We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and qualities: - NZQA Level 4 Certificate in Cookery or equivalent. - Previous experience in a similar cooking environment. - Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor. - A team player who can also work independently. - Physically fit, reliable, and able to pass a police clearance.
