About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team at the LOCATION store. This role, which covers Tuesday to Saturday for a total of 40 hours, is designed for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual who is passionate about our products and dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience.
As our Store Manager, your primary goal will be to maximize sales opportunities while coaching and developing your team. You will create an unforgettable customer experience and inspire your team to exceed expectations daily.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a genuine enthusiasm for our products, connecting with both children and parents. You will approach each day with a playful spirit and a strong focus on results.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a strong focus on achieving results
- Ability to maintain high visual merchandising standards
- Leadership skills to effectively coach and develop your team members to meet their KPIs
- Previous management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong multitasking abilities to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously
- A positive attitude and the ability to maintain a fun atmosphere while meeting your goals
