We take pride in fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment. About the Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Branch Manager for our BNT Napier Branch. This is a full-time, permanent position that operates Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday mornings. In this role, you will enjoy a high level of autonomy as you manage your branch from end to end. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing margins, overseeing business performance, and maintaining inventory levels. Building exceptional relationships with our customers is key, and you will also play a crucial role in recruiting, coaching, supporting, and leading your team to achieve outstanding results.
