We are dedicated to developing our people into excellent retailers. About the Role We are currently seeking a full-time Storeperson for our Distribution Centre located in Wiri. This role operates Monday to Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The position is busy and physically demanding, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an individual who is eager to contribute and get involved. Key responsibilities for this role include: - Processing and dispatching incoming and outgoing goods - Supervising other store personnel - Maintaining accurate inventory records - Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed correctly - Keeping the workplace tidy, clean, and well-organized - Facilitating the flow of stock from the stockroom to the sales floor by collaborating closely with the entire team Requirements To excel in this position, you will need: - Experience in a stockroom environment - A full, clean driver’s license - A forklift license (preferred) - A strong focus on workplace health and safety - Excellent administrative skills - Exceptional attention to detail - A driven and motivated attitude - Strong customer service skills, as you will interact with stores, couriers, and suppliers - Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role - A proactive, can-do attitude - The ability to remain composed under pressure Benefits We offer a dynamic work environment that is focused on customer satisfaction, along with opportunities for personal and professional growth within our company.
