About the Role
We are currently seeking motivated Fulfilment Operations Co-Workers to join our Fulfilment Unit Operations teams. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about home furnishings and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Fulfilment Operations Co-Worker, you will play a vital role in optimising our supply chain and fulfilment operations. You will work closely with your team and other departments to ensure the best outcomes for our customers. This position requires an energetic approach, as you will be on your feet throughout the day, and you must maintain a strong customer focus in everything you do.
Requirements
To be considered for the Fulfilment Operations Co-Worker role, you should possess the following:
- A passion for optimising supply chain and fulfilment operations.
- A collaborative mindset to work closely with your team and other departments.
- The ability to work independently when required.
- An energetic demeanor, with the capacity for physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
- Strong prioritisation skills to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to safety and alignment with IKEA values, including a passion for home furnishings and a dedication to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Benefits
This is a permanent part-time position with various shift patterns available:
- 24-39 hours per fortnight (part-time)
- 40-59 hours per fortnight (part-time)
- 60-79 hours per fortnight (part-time)
The work location is our external warehouse in Māngere, near Auckland Airport. Our store operates seven days a week, so availability for a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts is essential. Additionally, you should be able to work three out of four weekends each month.
