About the Role
We are currently looking for an Administration Manager to join our Masterton IDEA Services office on a 12-month fixed-term basis, covering parental leave. This full-time role, from 8 AM to 5 PM, involves overseeing the day-to-day administration operations and delivering high-quality service to both visitors and staff.
As the Administration Manager, you will play a hands-on role in providing support to the Area Manager and the wider team. This is an exciting opportunity for a focused and self-motivated administrator who possesses strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact in our community. The ideal candidate will be adept at quickly building strong professional relationships.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring:
- Strong administration experience, including general administration, accounts management, purchase orders, and bank reconciliations.
- People management experience with the ability to motivate, support, and guide team members.
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to remain calm under pressure, demonstrating flexibility when necessary.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive rapport quickly.
- Excellent customer service skills.
