About the Company We are DIALOG Fitzroy Tower Services, a leading provider of maintenance services across New Zealand. Our primary focus is on the maintenance and care of power pylons for Transpower, which includes a variety of tasks such as painting and blasting. About the Role We are currently seeking Tower Structure Maintainers to join our teams based in South Taranaki and Whanganui. This position offers a minimum of 40 hours per week, with a competitive pay rate ranging from $30 to $33 per hour, along with allowances. You will have the chance to travel to various project sites and client locations as part of your role. Requirements For experienced Tower Structure Maintainers, we expect the following qualifications and skills: - 2 to 3 years of experience in blasting and painting. - Previous electrical experience and/or relevant qualifications are advantageous. - Climbing experience, including the ability to use harnesses and fall-arrest equipment, is desirable. - A strong work ethic focused on safety, quality, and productivity. - A high level of motivation and personal responsibility. - The ability to work effectively within a team environment. - A full driver's license. - Excellent timekeeping skills and a positive attitude. Successful candidates will be based in South Taranaki and Whanganui, working at various locations and client sites. There may also be opportunities for travel to other areas of New Zealand as projects arise.
