About Us
Located in Longburn, just a five-minute drive from Palmerston North, Longburn Farms encompasses two dairy farms and two support blocks. Thornton Park Farm features a primarily flat 200-hectare milking platform alongside an 80-hectare support block that borders the Manawatu River. Adjacent to Thornton Park is Innesmoor Farm, which spans 130 hectares and milks 350 cows through a 32-a-side herringbone shed, supported by a 50-hectare block at Braeburn.
The proximity of our dairy farms and support blocks allows us to efficiently transfer cows to optimize our pasture and infrastructure. We boast a dedicated team of 10 full-time and casual employees, providing a variety of job types and a competitive work schedule.
