About the Role
In this role, you will have set days off, ample working hours, and the creative freedom to develop cocktail and wine menus. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a small restaurant, ensuring that we deliver outstanding service and maintain a high standard of hospitality.
We are seeking someone with a strong background in the restaurant industry who thrives in a customer-focused environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with guests rather than working in an office setting.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- A valid Duty Managers License
- Proficient wine knowledge, either through formal education or hands-on experience
- Skill in preparing classic cocktails, along with the creativity to develop new cocktail recipes
- Experience in ordering stock, creating menus, managing till systems, and handling bookings and functions
