If you are located in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, or Tauranga, you will enjoy working in our beautiful city offices, where we offer hybrid working arrangements and a vibrant company culture. For those based outside these locations, we provide remote opportunities and have developed a strong remote community, hosting regular events and celebrations to foster teamwork and connection. Benefits Joining our team comes with numerous benefits, including: - Being part of an industry-leading global company that is transforming and preparing for substantial growth. - Unlimited earning potential with no caps on commissions. - Active encouragement and support for continuous learning and development. - Opportunities for global work experiences, including the possibility of working overseas. - A vibrant company culture with connected teams and legendary Buzz nights. - A commitment to the health and well-being of our employees, providing access to free and confidential health consultants and financial advisors, along with ongoing learning opportunities. - An industry-leading onboarding experience to ensure your successful career with us. - Recognition as a 5-star Employer of Choice by HRD in 2022, highlighting our leadership, learning and development initiatives, well-being, flexibility, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, and recruitment practices. - Exciting opportunities for travel as part of your career. About FCM At FCM Travel, the corporate travel division of the Flight Centre Travel Group, we cater to the travel needs of New Zealand’s large businesses.
