About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and energize our collaborative teams in the successful delivery of various projects throughout Auckland and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will oversee onsite management and support, ensuring that we meet safety, environmental, design, and contractual requirements across your portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication abilities, alongside proven technical expertise to:
- Effectively manage programming, staging, and construction methodologies
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
- Lead team outputs while building effective relationships with repeat clients and consultants
- Maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the following qualifications and experience:
- Relevant construction qualification
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in the civil construction industry
- Experience in residential subdivisions, earthworks, drainage, retaining walls, and road construction
- A collaborative management style that fosters an outcome-focused team
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills
- Experience in stakeholder and client engagement
