About the Role We are currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie to become a vital part of our kitchen team at the Whitby Co-Op. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own section, overseeing both preparation and service to ensure that we consistently deliver high-quality dishes. You will collaborate closely with our Head and Sous Chefs to maintain food cost targets, uphold our culinary standards, and train junior team members. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, along with an NCEA Level 4 qualification in cookery. You should be confident in managing your section, with strong skills in timing and quality control, while contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment.
