Traffic Management Workers & STMS

About the Role This position is primarily based around Christchurch, with occasional out-of-town work. It is essential that candidates are experienced in setting up and packing down traffic management plans (TMPs). In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to assist with stop/go signs, and contribute to site laboring as needed. To succeed in this role, you should be a strong team player and prioritize health and safety practices. Requirements - Current TMO/STMS qualifications are essential - Proven track record, confirmed by two references - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test - A minimum of a Class 1 full driver’s license (Class 2 or WTR endorsements are advantageous, and we can assist you in obtaining these) - A safety-first attitude toward yourself, your team, and the public - A reliable, honest, and flexible approach to work - Good physical fitness, as the role requires being on your feet throughout the day Benefits - Competitive hourly rates ranging from $25 to $32, depending on experience - Ongoing work opportunities - A reputable company with a great team culture - Continuous training and development to enhance your skills Our client fosters a positive team environment and is committed to helping you build a career rather than just filling a position.
