About the Role Traffic management involves much more than simply setting out cones. We are looking for serious applicants to help us meet the increasing demand for our services. With several new projects launching soon and more anticipated by August, there are ample opportunities available. Our workdays can be long, often starting early and ending late. It is essential that candidates are prepared to work away from amenities, including food outlets, so the ability to prepare your own meals is vital. We welcome applicants with or without experience in traffic management. If you are a qualified Traffic Controller (TC), that is fantastic. If you are new to the field or have been away for a while, we are still eager to hear from you. Starting rates for those with no experience are $26 per hour, with additional compensation based on your qualifications and experience. Requirements - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team - Willingness to work long hours as needed - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety - Own transportation to commute to work Other Useful Skills/Experience - Class 2 or 4 license - Relevant STMS and/or TC qualifications - Previous experience in traffic management - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Flexibility to adapt to varying work conditions and shifts Benefits We offer competitive pay and opportunities for training and professional development.
